DeSantis Landscapes has a track record of safety spanning more than three decades. We have a rigorous screening process for new employees and a corporate culture that strictly adheres to safe work operations and a drug free environment.

Each work morning, our maintenance crews take part in stretching exercises, followed by our “tail gate” presentation, in which we discuss seasonal safety topics and share tips. Every week, DeSantis holds a company-wide safety training at its Salem headquarters office.

We take safety seriously. And the results have proven it's well worth the effort.
